During the interview process, you share your pain points and what you would like to achieve with us. We discuss your goals, context and team.
We design games for the workshop to address the problem. We agree with you on the workshop's format, communication, date, and time.
We then have a great eye-opening workshop, identifying problems, agreeing on actions to address them, and defining the following steps to improve collaboration, culture, and well-being.
